Spaces in Names become "%20", etc.

Spaces in file/folder names appear as "%20" in my WebDAV folder.  Likewise, other characters, like apostrophe, are being mapped to URI values.

I'm running Windows 2003 Server.

Also, the java control used to post to this forum doesn't seem to work in FireFox 1.5.0.3.

Hi,

I have to test this on windows 2003 but I know of this simiral bug in windows XP.

here is how you may fix the problem.

1. get the lastest updates from Microsoft.
2. delete the webdav connection you currently have.
3. follow the instruction in this page to reconnect.
http://www.i2drive.com/webdav/help/index.html

Also under windows XP at the button of the page there is a "Trouble
shooting" section that will fix this problem of %20.

Please let me know if that helped.

I will look into the error you said about this forums posting from FireFox
